      Rain, snow, storm or hail, you don't notice anything in an earth sauna, apart from the pleasant warmth of the sauna facility, because an earth sauna shields you from the outside world so that you can relax as best as possible. The first sauna systems of the last century were exclusively earth saunas, since the construction and the material to be used were very simple, this was the preferred construction method.

      The earth sauna

      The earth sauna is almost as old as mankind itself, not even known as a sauna in the past, but a very simple and popular construction method for warming up in caves or buildings underground. Today, of course, it's completely different and comes with many conveniences, but it's still underground and there's a good reason for that. Disturbing noises or external influences are almost completely eliminated, only the silence, the pleasant warmth and the togetherness remain in the earth sauna. The basic construction is mostly electric and Finnish, but there are also earth saunas with a wood stove, which then make it even cozier. Earth saunas are usually not very large build

      but they store up an incredible amount of heat and, thanks to the construction, even save some energy compared to free-standing sauna systems, because earth insulates, especially in winter when the temperatures fall well below zero. The earth sauna is very versatile and can be built in a modern style, but also in old wood style. The choice of oven is also almost unlimited. Depending on the excavation of the ground and the associated height, visitors can enjoy the feel-good zone and the associated temperature on various benches here. The construction of these facilities is somewhat more complex than a classic cabin sauna in an existing wellness facility.
