Arborea resorts - panoramic sauna, old wood sauna, hammam, steam bath

Hello and nice that you are here, today we would like to show you a very special project that was planned and implemented in close cooperation with the architects Geising + Böker. In our project work described here, the initial conceptual creation of graphic documents was used to find ideas for an old wood sauna, a panorama sauna and a wet cell or washroom.

The architectural office Geising + Böker took over the sketching of the system and created it in close consultation with us. This helped our customer to get a better idea of what the future system would look like. This approach is very popular and has many advantages, so you as a customer, but also we can see what is desired or what the whole thing looks like before construction begins.

Here you can see the concept requested by the customer, which we created in cooperation with "Geising + Böker Architects", and in comparison to the actual implementation.

      The panorama sauna

Imagine you are sitting in our panorama sauna and it is winter, outside the wind whistles past the window and you are sitting in the pleasant warmth and soothing and dim lighting in the sauna, what better way to really switch off, but also in summer, with a view of the sea, the visit is highly recommended. The large window front of the panorama sauna, which lives up to its name, is the eye-catcher for the guests! When planning the sauna facility, the technology was very important to the builder and client, so we took care of peak load management that prevents too much electricity from being consumed all at once and an energy recovery system that no longer simply directs the warm exhaust air outside blows, but the new fresh air is already preheated, which can permanently save 20 - 50% of energy. In addition to these measures, the entire facility is insulated in such a way that as little waste heat as possible escapes to the outside.

      Wet room / washroom

Before, after and during a sauna session, a wet area is simply indispensable. Either to cool down, wash off or cool down afterwards. With a soap foam application, all residues from sweating can be gently and easily removed and thus also contribute to hygiene. Such a wet room or adjacent wellness area does not need much, 1-2 basins for water, some seating areas and a drain. Depending on the construction, the systems we build are either solidly built or consist of modular systems made of acrylic composite. The tiles we use are durable and extremely strong. Here, visitors can relax after a sauna session.

Old wood sauna / barn sauna

From the 2D sketch / drawing to the finished system

Here you can see the concept requested by the customer, which we created in cooperation with "Geising + Böker Architects", and in comparison to the actual implementation.

Old wood sauna / barn sauna

Here you see a not quite classic old wood sauna with rustic, but also modern elements and as if that were not enough, even a 2-zone area, because through the upper compartment you as a visitor can decide for yourself in which temperature zone you want to move, because it is significantly warmer upstairs than downstairs and all with just one oven, i.e. 2 saunas in one, the Stadel sauna. We have retained the look of the old wood sauna, which conveys a pleasant feeling and comfort on both the lower and upper levels. With this sauna too, attention was paid to peak load management, which prevents too much electricity from being consumed at once when several systems are switched on, in combination with good insulation and energy recovery by capturing and recycling the outgoing heat from stale air, set this technology aside immense added value and great long-term cost savings.
